Now that Owen is 3 months he is able to sit in his bathtub without the infant insert for it. I'm sure he could have done without it even earlier but I had been so used to our routine that I didn't notice he didn't need it until his feet kept slipping over the sides. The day I put him directly into his tub he smiled so big. He LOVES the water. He will splash, smile, and laugh the whole time. If he is feeling a little bit cranky, bath time can turn a frown completely upside down. It's very cute.
Something else that Owen has been doing is twirling his hair. He constantly does this even when nursing. I love it especially because my big brother Josh used to do this too when he was little.
